Service Policy

LGM provides charitable and ministry services in and around Lahore, Pakistan, including Gospel outreach and evangelism, monthly food distributions, education support (school supplies, scholarships), medical aid and wheelchair/restoration support, community outreach events, and regular worship, prayer, and youth services. Donations fund these ongoing programs — there is no physical good shipped to the donor in exchange for a gift.

Funds are allocated to active ministry programs on an ongoing basis rather than tied to a single fixed delivery date, since charitable work (food distributions, school terms, medical referrals) runs on its own real-world schedule. Where a donation is made toward a specific, named appeal (for example, an urgent-need campaign listed on our Donate page), we direct that gift toward that program specifically.

Every successful donation is confirmed immediately: card and mobile-wallet payments (Stripe, PayFast, Safepay, JazzCash) trigger an automatic email receipt, and bank transfer donors receive a receipt after emailing or WhatsApping their transfer reference. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of a card/wallet payment, please contact us — see Section 5.

As a donation-based ministry, LGM does not ship or deliver physical merchandise to donors. Any physical items referenced on this site (school supplies, food, medical aid) are distributed directly to the communities and individuals we serve in Pakistan, not mailed to donors.
